About Helper's Billing Functions

Therapist Helper for Windows™ contains flexible and user-friendly Statements and Bills. Customize existing Bills and Statements, or create your own new layouts with Helper.

Select which type of Bill or Statement you would like printed and then select what information you would like to have printed (insurance payments on a co-pay bill, for example).

Choose one of Therapist Helper's available date ranges, or type in one of your own. The option allowing you to select today's date makes Therapist Helper ideal for printing Patient Walk-Out Bills at the completion of a session. Therapist Helper allows you to select when printing based upon a specific Therapist, Insurance Company, Program, Clinic, or to simply choose specific patients.

The example above shows how Therapist Helper allows you to select the positioning of addresses, whether you would like a printed message to appear, etc. Print the Therapist name and address from Therapist Helper or use pre-printed letterhead. A box displaying Please Pay This Amount is highlighted on each Bill or Statement. You also have the flexibility to print separate Bills or Statements for parents if the patient is a child.

Above is an example of the Bill Layout screen. Each tab is an area is that allows you to customize the Bill or Statement. You may give the bill layout a name, select to print a Superbill for insurance companies, select which columns (CPT Code, Diagnosis, Session Length, Check Number, Methos of Payment, etc.) you would like displayed, plus more.
