Medication Tracking & Lab Tracking Functions in Therapist Helper

Use Therapist Helper to maintain a history of medications and lab records for all of your clients.

With Medication and Lab Record tracking you can:

• View and maintain a history of prescriptions, as well as, lab results from those prescriptions
• Print directly from the ledger showing a history list for a specific patient, specific medication, or a specific therapist
• Print patient prescriptions directly from Therapist Helper
• Jump directly to Progress Notes from the Medication Ledger for the current patient
• Record High and Low values when entering Lab Records
• View prescriptions and their use across your entire practice

With an ever growing array of medications available today, understanding your patients' prescription and lab histories is vital. Helper's lab and medication tracking funtions allow you to centralize information, easily reviewing and updating information as necessary.

To prescribe medication and maintain lab records for a patient, simply click "New" or "Edit" under operations. You can elect to see information for only the current patient, or you can define filters to see records for a defined patient group.

Therapist Helper makes selecting the medication of your choice a snap! Simply click the ellipse button to enter the medication library where you have entered a list of medications that you most frequently use.

Therapist Helper allows you to easily track and maintain a library and history of medications, as well as, lab results from any prescriptions given. You may add new prescriptions from Helper, view a history of medications and lab results for one or all of your patients, print prescriptions directly from the program, plus much more!!!
