Billing Features - Helper's billing ledger provides you the flexibility of selecting single, split or multiple billing. The billing functions calculate amounts to be billed, per session, to responsible parties. Billing records for current and former insurance companies are included.

Patient Scheduling Module - Scheduler can handle appointments for one or multiple therapists with an easy visual interface using color-coded time blocks. Scheduler allows you to easily bill for appointments as you can automatically post to the billing ledger. The Scheduler also allows you to search for open appointments by therapist, by therapist on a given day. And, you can search for a specific patient's appointments.

Managed Care Tracking - Save hours of administrative time using Helper's Managed Care Tracking features to stay on top of authorizations by number of sessions, dollar amounts or by date. Helper will alert you when you are nearing the last authorized session, when you are approaching the dollar capitation or when the authorization end date nears.

Reporting Features - Helper comes with a flexible and user-friendly reporting system that includes such pre-formatted reports as Overall Summaries, Patient Summaries, Marketing Analysis, Bank Deposit Slips and more. You can also customize bills and reports or create your own layouts.

Progress Notes - This feature is easily accessible from the patient facesheet, the starting point for all patient transactions. Simply click on the Progress Notes icon and access a listing of all notes, by date and title, written for that patient.

Lab & Medication Tracking - It's easy to prescribe medication and maintain lab records for a patient. Simply add a new prescription or lab record and use Therapist Helper to maintain a history of medications and lab records for all of your clients.

Data Management Through Pre-Loaded ICD/CPT/DSM Code Libraries and Custom Libraries- In addition to storing essential coding information, create your own libraries to store insurance company information, lists of referral sources, therapists, MCOs and zip codes. By entering this information into the libraries once, you'll have access to them in future without retying or rifling through your rolodex!
