Billing Features - Helper's billing ledger provides you the flexibility of selecting single, split or multiple billing. The billing functions calculate amounts to be billed, per session, to responsible parties. Billing records for current and former insurance companies are included.

Patient Scheduling Module - Scheduler can handle appointments for one or multiple therapists with an easy visual interface using color-coded time blocks. Scheduler allows you to easily bill for appointments as you can automatically post to the billing ledger. The Scheduler also allows you to search for open appointments by therapist, by therapist on a given day. And, you can search for a specific patient's appointments.

Managed Care Tracking - Save hours of administrative time using Helper's Managed Care Tracking features to stay on top of authorizations by number of sessions, dollar amounts or by date. Helper will alert you when you are nearing the last authorized session, when you are approaching the dollar capitation or when the authorization end date nears.
