TheraScribe 4 Version Changes 4.0.1.0: September 12, 2001 -Fixed problem where program won't let you enter a mental status record for multiple clients on the same date. -Fixed problem in generating data for custom reports. -The "Open Read Only" check box was appearing on the database selection dialog on the login screen. 4.0.2.0: October 9, 2001 -If a patient had multiple authorizations for the same insurance company where one was expired and another was valid for the date range, a message box was popping up warning that the insurance was about to expire because of the expired record. -Changed Date of Birth field to allowed entering a future date. This was causing problems when typing in certain dates. -On the Clinical Records reports fixed the clinical notes field to automatically grow to show all data. 4.0.3.0: October 18, 2001 -If an episode has multiple Progress sessions on a single day, the clinical record reports would merge them together. -The program was not handling authorized sessions consistently when no number of sessions was entered, giving some users an E-Fail error. 4.0.4.0: October 19, 2001 -Fixed problem where users were getting an E_Fail error when selecting definitions for some problems. 4.0.5.0: October 29, 2001 -Rich text formatting for Progress Notes was at times causing data to be pushed off the page on the Clinical Record reports. -Objectives that do not have interventions associated with them not print on the Clinical Record reports. 4.0.6.0: November 16, 2001 -An error occurred if a custom property with an apostrophe in its name was entered. -An error occurred if Control Panel->Regional Settings->Short Date Format is other than M/d/yyyy. -Text custom properties were getting cut off in the reports if longer than 255 characters. -Episode data that had been exported/imported appeared multiple times on Administrative reports. -Changed error wording in library import routines to be more descriptive. -Sessions not marked as a Billable Contact are no longer given a session number on the Clinical Record report. -Changed program to ignore assessment results during import and export. Now treated like custom fields and attachment records. -Fixed version checking in 'Update' Installation Scripts 4.0.7.0: November 29, 2001 -Increased the length of field that stores the Default Modality. It Caused errors if the value was too long. -Fixed problem introduced in 4.0.6.0. In Solo version session numbers didn't appear at all on the Clinical Record report. 4.0.8.0: December 11, 2001 -On a Windows 95 machine the Launch report button on the Clinical Report screen would leave certain Rich Text fields blank. -Corrected various error messages shown when pressing the Edit button on the Custom Fields screen under Personal Data. -Earlier updates may complain that it can't find TheraScribe or may not update the EXE to the correct version. 4.0.9.0: January 17, 2002 -In the Select Presentation screen, an error would occur if text was entered into the dropdown and there was no data to select from. -In the Treatment Plan/Diagnosis screen, an error would occur if a diagnosis was selected that has a apostrophe in it. 4.0.10.0: February 13, 2002 -In the Select Homework screen, an error would occur if text was entered into the dropdown and there was no data to select from. -Intervention notes were added to the Lightly Formatted Concise report. -In the Clinical Record reports, long problem names were getting cut off in the Treatment Plan section. -In the Richly Formatted Clinical Record, in some cases the Objective detail information would not appear. -Added compatibility for Canadian addresses. -In grids throughout the program, deleting data from a text field produced an error when updating the data. 4.0.13.0 -An error occured if a patient group was created where one of the criteria used a custom field. -In the Objective Rating section of the Clinical record report, if either the earliest or latest sessions had multiple sessions for those days then duplicate records would appear. -The Property Value window is now sizable and the size of the screen is remembered. -If the Therascribe logon account was not created in the Enterprise version, a more descriptive error message is displayed -Previously the limit for the choice list of a custom property of type choice was limited to 200 characters. There now is no such limit. -If a Patient Group was created in the Small Group version that uses the "contains" or "begins with" operators then that criteria would exclude all data. -When assigning a clinical pathway, a message warns that Treatment plan data will be replaced, but it also replaces Session and Howework data. The warning message was changed. -When editing a custom property, focus was not being put on the edit control. 4.0.14.0: May 28, 2002 -The clinical record reports shows objectives, interventions, definitions and diagonoses in the same order as they appear on in the Treatment plan screen. -Having the regional settings set to something other than American English may produce an error saying that "1/1/1900 is not a valid date" when running the Clinical record report. 4.0.15.0: August 30, 2002 -In the Enterprise version, in the Objective Ratings section of the Clinical record reports, the First and Last Progress dates were always off by 2 days. -In the Treatment plan of the Richly formatted clinical record report, the Objectives were getting cut off if it's more than one line. 4.0.16.0: January 3, 2003 -Objectives in the Homework screen were not sorted like they were in the Treatment Plan. -Narrative Progress notes that start with a number and were imported from Therascribe 3.5 cause the Clinical Record reports to not preview or print correctly. 4.0.17.0: January 29, 2003 -Modified to allow importing of Treatment Planners stored in MDB files. 4.0.18.0: -Progress Note data was getting truncated if it exceeded 5000 characters. 4.0.100.0: -Disallows non-administrators from adding or changing reports. -The arrow buttons on the main screen would go to disabled screens if a Clinical Pathway was selected. -Administrative reports filter out patients the user is not allowed to see. -In the Solo/Small Group version, attempt to repair the database if the data file is found to be corrupted on startup. -In the Edit Library screen, when viewing a Progress Note Planner, the Interventions and Presentation Groups were not always appearing in the correct order. -When trying to delete a Presentation Group, the program would instead delete the Problem. -Providers who are marked as inactive are no longer allowed to login. -Prevented users from being assigned a Login name of "Admin" -Has HIPAA tabs on the Personal Data and Progress screens, which display a popup enticing the user to by the HIPAA addon when clicked. -User can now filter Session data in the clinical record reports by date range. 4.0.102.0: October 3, 2003 -In the HIPAA version, users may not have been able to access the database if they didn't have administrator rights to their computer. -In the HIPAA version, it now prevents users from copying or editing progress notes unless the current user is the user for that session. -Changes to the Progress Notes and Intervention Notes library were not begin saved in some situations. 4.0.103.0: October 22, 2003 -In the HIPAA version an error may occur when going into the HIPAA tab on the Personal Data screen. 4.0.104.0: November 24, 2003 -Deletes temporary files created when launching clinical record reports. 4.0.105.0: -Increased the query timeout values for the clinical record reports. If database took too long to return data, errors would occur. -Inactive providers were not being shown for existing records in the Session grid. -In the Assessment, Mental Status screen, if there are no evaluations and focus is placed on one of the controls in the subtabs, an error would occur when switching to another screen. 4.0.106.0: March 17, 2004 -Allows Homework Planners to be imported even if it's associated Treatment Planner has not been imported. -Creates links between different editions of Treatment Planners and Homework Planners. -Allows Homework items to be selected from any planner. 4.0.107.0: August 2, 2004 -When adding a session, the new session might not have been the currently selected record. -Inactive providers can no longer be selected in the Homework screen. -Includes the TheraSync utility. 4.0.108.0: December 6, 2004 -Deleting custom problems did not work properly. -The Clinical Record reports would lock up if there's too much data in some text boxes. 4.0.109.0: January 19, 2005 -If the system date format was set to a non US setting, date custom fields would not work. Neither would the mental status on the Assessment screen. A few dates always appeared in the US format. -When the HIPAA timout occurs, the password was not cleared out when it had been entered previously. -The buttons on the custom property entry screen were getting cut off in some circumstances.
