General Information

What are the terms of payment and acceptable forms of payment?
Payment is due in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Unless Tax Exempt, applicable North Carolina and Indiana state sales tax must be added to Current Protocols orders in those states.

Following are acceptable forms of payment:

Credit cards: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover
Check: Made out to Unlimited Learning Resources, LLC
Purchase Order: We will bill and ship against a purchase order

What is the returns policy?
Current Protocols print may be examined for 30 days. If you decide to keep the publication, simply pay the invoice. If for any reason, you decide it does not meet your needs, you may return the publication without further obligation. Outside the United States, prepayment is required on all Current Protocols orders. Prepaid orders may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

If after your 30 day examination, you wish to return your Current Protocols purchase, please return it to:

When should I expect to receive my publication after I place an order?
Please allow two weeks from the time the order is placed. Delivery time may be longer for certain destinations outside the United States. If you do have an order that requires special handling please contact customer service and we will try to accommodate your special needs.

Orders shipped within the United States are sent UPS Ground. Orders outside the United States are shipped via air service. It is extremely helpful to have the name of an individual on the shipping label to ensure receipt. For international orders we must have a telephone or fax number to ensure delivery.

How will I be invoiced?
Invoices are mailed separately from the publication. In general invoices arrive on or about the same time as the publications, however, on occasion, invoices may precede the publication.
If you require a proforma invoice, please contact Customer Service.

How do I renew a subscription? What if my subscription has already lapsed?
Before your current subscription expires, you will receive an invoice for a one-year renewal. Current Protocols does not accept standing orders. Payment is needed to commence your renewal.
If your subscription is more than one year out of date, please contact customer service for information about our late subscriber offer.
We do not generally sell supplements separately. If you are an up-to-date subscriber and you are missing a particular page or supplement, contact customer service.

Looseleaf Publications
What is included in a Current Protocols looseleaf subscription?
The initial shipment consists of: binder(s), contents (all information published to date), tabs and page protectors. In some cases the initial shipment will include supplement updates that subscribers will have to file into the main work. After the initial shipment, subscribers receive four quarterly or six bimonthly updates as part of their one-year subscription (new subscribers may also purchase a two or three-year subscription). Towards the end of their subscription, subscribers are invoiced for an annual renewal that entitles them to another year of updates.

NOTE: Subscribers may not purchase individual volumes or chapters.

How will I know when updates have been made to a Current Protocols title?
Clicking the "What's New" button displays a description of the latest material added to Current Protocols at the most recent update.

How will I be invoiced for renewal? 
Invoices are mailed approximately 1 month prior to your institutions renewal date.

Customers Outside of the United States
Do I pay local tax?
Unlimited Learning Resources does not collect any tax on orders outside of the United States. Customers are, however, responsible for paying any customs fees or local import taxes that may be levied by their own governments.
