The Dynamics of Innovation

The Dynamics of InnovationThe purpose of this program is to clarify the importance of technological change in the life of the corporation, both as a creative force in the growth of the corporation, and as a destructive force making it vulnerable to competitors.

In order to successfully master change existing corporations must begin by adopting new images, though architectures, and paradigms that exert powerful influences on thinking and behavior.

By understanding the dynamics and learning how to observe, predict, and rapidly apply product and process innovations, your organization will develop the proper conditions for increased levels of output and productivity. It will also gain competitive advantage.
