to ensure the proper fit of mating part features.
- Quality Function Deployment (QFD)
-This QFD training program teaches a logical structure for translating
the "voice of the customer" into specific, measurable product
and process characteristics.
- Quality Improvement by SCA
- Application software, video tapes and CD-ROM training materials
that will help companies use experimental design (DOE), statistical
process control (SPC), and other quantitative statistical methods
to improve quality in any product or process
- SCA Statistical System - Release 8.0
- Self-Directed Teams - This training
system can help you achieve the breakthrough performance achievable
