Have you ever wanted a completely
customized Statistical Process Control application, that fully integrates
with your data collection needs? Now you can, with our QA-ActiveSPC control.
The QA-ActiveSPC control is an ActiveX control that can be used by your
Software Development Team to "drag and drop" full SPC (Statistical Process
Control) analysis capabilities into a customized application. If you lack
the Programming resources for this project, we can also provide that service!
There are two significant differences between our Active-X solution and
other approaches. One, our Active-X application would be transparent to
your end users. It would run within your software, and not launch a separate
application requiring manual data manipulation. It would be seamlessly
integrated and look like part of your software. Two, it is much more cost
effective than other options - your cost would be $100 per license, well
under the hundreds or thousands of dollars required to add a stand alone
application to every one of your customer's systems.
Creating a chart is easy: just drag and drop a copy of the control
into your application, set some basic chart options (as standard
ActiveX control properties) and provide data from your database.
Your chart is now ready for analysis. (See also: How

You can use the QA-ActiveSPC control in your reports, by directly embedding
the chart itself in the printed output and/or using the calculated data
values. This easy access to the calculated quality parameters also makes
it easy for you to store this information back into your quality database.
With assistance of third party licensees in design and testing of the
QA-ActiveSPC control, QA Inc.'s development team further proved the capabilities
of the control by using it at the core of Shop Floor Pro data acquisition
and SPC analysis software, and our eNet SPC web-based SPC software. The
flexibility and power of the control allowed us to concentrate our development
efforts into the user interface and database aspects of the product without
having to "reinvent the wheel" for statistical analysis and chart presentation.
