Data entry

products share a database which means that changes to one program's

Access Control

Worksets are restricted to a selected set of users,
so that data confidentiality may be maintained. For example, you
may identify some data to be analyzed only by Supplier X, other
data only by Customer A, and other data analyzed by any visitor.

Although worksets may be opened using the previously-defined
analysis and format options, remote users can also choose a variety
of customized options, including:
